Yvonne Ahmed

Mrs. Yvonne Ahmed is our Managing Partner in Germany. Yvonne has 18 years experience in lecturing and training at supervisory and executive levels in Bahrain and other GCC countries. She currently deliverers courses such as Competency Based Interviewing Skills, SDI approved workshops and is licensed to deliver the Saville Consulting International Accreditation Program.


Yvonne worked as an executive trainer and consultant at Capital Knowledge. She was responsible for the development and delivery of business skills offerings, English for Special Purposes courses and the CK Assessment Center where she conducted Psychometric Assessment for recruitment and development purposes. She was also the coordinator of a graduate trainee program for young bankers.


Prior to joining Capital Knowledge in 2007, Yvonne worked as a senior instructor and coordinator at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) where she was responsible for the design, development and delivery a whole range of communication and other business skills courses. She also set up and ran the institute’s assessment center.


Yvonne holds two Bachelor Degrees (Special Education and English Language) from the University of Hanover, Germany and an MA in Educational Studies from the University of Sheffield, UK. As professional development she successfully completed the SMR® Specialist Trainer Accreditation, the SHL® Certified Psychometric Assessor qualification and Saville Consulting Assessor and Trainer qualifications.
