Roger T. Curtis

Roger Curtis has 37 years plus experience in practicing and teaching HR Management, Management and Organizational Development, job analysis, assessment and evaluation, training needs analysis, competency development, designing and implementing training and development programs, train the trainer, developing local nationals, appraisal and performance management schemes, job evaluation, compensation, selection, HR policy development, management, quality systems and techniques, problem solving, team assessment and development, action centered learning and change management.


Roger has had 20 plus years experience in developing Saudi and Bahraini nationals. He has worked as HR Manager for General Electric in Dammam, as Management Training Co-ordinator with Bapco, Management Development Advisor in the UK, HRD Advisor for Petromin Shell, Training Specialist / Supervisor for the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Training Manager in Nigeria, Consultant to P.D.O. and other HR / Training assignments for UK Local Authorities, British Leyland, the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance, the Bahrain Civil Aviation Authority and various BAE Systems offset companies. He has extensive experience of teaching a wide range of management subjects.


As an expert in Psychometric tools, Roger provides advice to clients on best practices, and conducts and supervises job analysis and competency modeling recruitment, selection and retention strategies.
