Meshal Hamad is the Managing Partner in Bahrain. In her role she manages the development and the execution of the company’s business strategy. Since the establishment of the company, it has become one of the major providers of internationally recognized names like Saville Consulting, SHL and SDI from the USA.
Over the years she has successfully formulated and delivered training and employee development programs. She has years of experience in administering and providing feedback sessions on psychometric tests and personality questionnaire reports. Organizations she worked with range from government agencies to private organizations in Bahrain and other GCC countries.
Meshal holds a Bachelor Degree (Business Administration) from the University College of Bahrain and an MBA from University of Strathclyde, UK. Currently she is pursuing her PhD.
As professional development she successfully completed the SDI® Facilitation course, the SHL® Certified Psychometric Assessor qualification and was awarded the Saville Consulting Assessor qualification in 2008.
With constant drive, Meshal is looking for innovative services and products to enhance the human recourse investment in the players of tomorrow’s economy. Services like Mystery Shopping Evaluation Consultancy have recently been added to the portfolio of the company which is recognized by the MSPA (Mystery Shopper Provider Association).
